Camp Wide FAQS

Welcome to Auburn Parks Summer Camp! This FAQ page pertains to ALL Camps offered by the city.

For specific camp info (Youth, Teens/Tweens, Preschool), please see the corresponding age range page for your camper.

ePACT - All camper information forms must be completed PRIOR to the first day of camp

check mark

Auburn Parks, Arts & Recreation uses ePACT to collect camper health and emergency information. All information is stored securely online and will replace paper forms. Before the first day of camp, you will receive an invitation by email from ePACT. If you have not seen the invite, check your spam or contact us at 253-931-3043.

Campers must have completed health information to attend camp. Filling out the profile takes 15-25 minutes. Children who arrive without health information will NOT be checked in for camp until their ePACT information is complete online.

How Do I Register For Camp?

For the easiest and quickest possible registration, please register online at auburnwa.gov/play. If a session is full, you can add your child to the wait list through the registration system. Registration can also be done in person at the Auburn Community & Event Center front desk or on the phone 253-931-3043.

Camp Waitlists

If a camper withdraws from camp, the next camper on the waitlist will receive a phone call from Staff (families are responsible for ensuring the phone number on file is correct). That family will have 4-48 hours (depending on camp start date) to complete registration for the open spot. If the spot is not claimed within that time, it will move to the next family on the waitlist.
