Resources for Undocumented Residents

King County’s Access and Outreach Program for Undocumented Residents connects individuals and families to health, financial, and community support, regardless of immigration status. The program helps residents access care, benefits, and services safely and confidentially, ensuring everyone in our community can find the help they need.

Changes to federal law may affect health care and long-term support services for some immigrants and refugees beginning October 1, 2026. Washington State is creating a new program to help some people who may lose these benefits. We encourage community members who may be affected to review the H.R. 1 Immigrants and Refugees (PDF) to learn more about the changes, available resources, and where to go for help.
