Pursuant to Washington State General Rule 7, governing local court rulemaking and seeing as Auburn Municipal Court will be reopened to preside over cases as of January 1, 2027, local rules are being established for the court. The comments attached were received by the court during the comment period and are available for review. Auburn Municipal Court rules will be finalized and published prior to court opening.
