Tracy Taylor-Turner
Tracy Taylor-TurnerTracy Taylor Turner is a six-time Emmy-nominated and Edward R. Murrow Award–winning former TV and radio reporter who spent more than two decades telling stories across the Seattle region. Today, she serves as the Communications Coordinator for the City of Kent, where she brings her deep media experience, collaborative spirit, and passion for community engagement to public service.

Her commitment to giving back runs deep. Tracy spent 14 years serving on the Seattle Animal Shelter Foundation Board, is a longtime brand ambassador for the See Ya Later Foundation, and continues to support Hearts for Doxies Dog Rescue as a volunteer and foster. She also serves on the Sound Cities Association’s Regional Transit Committee, the Economic Development District Board, and the Valley Regional Fire Authority Board.

A proud Auburn resident, Tracy values strong local partnerships, responsive government, and the programs that help communities thrive. She is a former City of Auburn Arts Commissioner, a devoted wife to her husband Kyle, and a proud bonus mom to her 19-year-old daughter, Jess.

In her free time, Tracy enjoys volunteering, connecting with friends and neighbors, and traveling with her family.
